Yes: Phenylephrine is commonly found in over-the-counter cold and allergy medications. It is classified as pregnancy class c-animal studies show adverse fetal effects or there are no adequate studies to determine its safety. It should not be taken during pregnancy.

Catagory C: Category b means generally safe. Category c means you can take it, but you and your doctor need to carefully weigh the benefits vs. The risks. Category d means it shouldn't be used during pregnancy.
