Depends on vaccine: It is best to consult a travel medicine/infectious disease specialist to see which vaccines are recommended for the area you plan to travel to. Some vaccines contain live organisms and should not be given to pregnant women.

Yes-for most: Traveling when pregnant requires planning for the health of both mother & baby. If travel cannot be delayed, vaccines chosen for the destination should be given. Flu vaccine is recommended for all. Hepatitis a disease can cause mis-carriage so protection with vaccine is very important. Some will need typhoid, polio etc- even yellow fever (live vaccine) can be given. Consult your travel specialist.

Depends on specifics: Where is the woman traveling to? Sometimes - you need to know the region as well as the country. What particular vaccines are required versus up to the person. Each vaccine is different regarding risk to fetus. Recommend consultation with a travel medicine specialist.
