None: There are no risks unless they come very close to a powerful magnet which I do not think happens while you're riding a roller coaster. Even if you did however, nothing bad will happen and as soon as you walk away from the magnet, things go back to normal.

Rollercoaster: If the patient is not pacer dependent and has a rate responsive pacer and a normal otherwise pumping function, should be ok. If the patient has a fixed rate pacer and doesn't go faster, then the rollercoaster represents a risk to the patient should a rate increase be needed from the g force stresses of the coaster.
