Depends: If the blood pressure is lower than the average blood pressure then you could be said to have low blood pressure. But unless it is due to some bad problem such as an infection or bleeding, it is not necessarily a bad thing. People who have relatively low blood pressure actually live longer. If you feel well, do not worry about it.
