Where do coronary arteries empty their blood?

Heart Muscle: The coronary arteries arise from the aorta and course over the surface of the heart. They supply blood to the heart muscle with nutrients and terminate in small connections called capillaries with heart veins. The health of these vessels is very important. If they become "clogged" with cholesterol plaque then the blood suppy to the heart is reduced leading to chest pain and heart attacks.
