How many coronary arteries are there in the body?

Three: Three ; the lad, short for left anerior descending, circ , short for circumflex, and the right coronary arteries.

Four major ones.: There are four major coronary arteries, the left main (lm)' the left anterior descending (lad), the circumflex (lcx), and the right (rca). They branch into many smaller arteries. The lm is considered the most important because it is usually the largest. The LAD is usually the next most important.
