Daily weight,no salt: If weight is increased 3-4 lbs, control salt and liquid intake and double up on Lasix (furosemide) and inform the physician. If weight is decreased, evaluate if BP is down and patient is dizzy, hold one dose of Lasix (furosemide) and inform physician.
