It also can be due to diastolic dysfxn where the heart is is stiff and noncompliant and the heart otherwise has a normal ejection fraction.So it may be described as pulmonary edema secondary to systolic dysfunction and volume overload.Or as a result of diastolic dysfunction....

Yes: It's "heart failure". Somtimes the word "congestive" is added so that it becomes "congestive heart failure". Look it up in any cardiology textbook and that's just how you'll find it.
