Is sfr is the same with chf?

No: I have never heard the abbreviation sfr related to the heart. When i googled it i vound 54 verified definitions and 165 nonverified, none of which had anything to do with the heart. What do you think it stands for?

No: CHF stands for (in a medical context): congestive heart failure. I did a google search for sfr (which i had never heard of). There's no definition listed that approximates chf. The most common uses are a french telecommunications company and internet slang for "smiling for real".
