Incontinence: While urge incontinence is often made worse by certain dietary irritants, most famously caffeine, stress urinary incontinence is not much influenced by chemistry. It really depends on which type of incontinence you are suffering from. You should be evaluated by a urologist and be worked up.

Maybe: Caffeine cigarettes and alcohol are the most common bad actors. Acidic foods such as citrus and cranberry and vitc can be problems for some.
