Why does my finger draw up while im sleeping ? could this have anything to do with my pancritis ?

Too : Too few clues to make a good guess i'm afraid. By "draw up" do you mean it gets stuck in a flexed/bent position and then snaps open. That would be a common problem called a "trigger finger" that would not be related to your pancreatitis.
