See a urologist: Increasing curvature can occur because of inflammation of fibrous tissue within the penis. There are usually no known causes, but trauma may have started it. This may sometimes require surgical correction, particularly if it is painful, a condition called phimosis or paraphimosis. While i don't think smoking is related, stopping is good for your overall health, and keep working at it!
