Hello. : Hello. You need to have this medically evaluated asap. I don't know your age, gender or past medical history. If you are a drinker it may have affected your liver. If you have had any cardiac issues in the past, you could have some congestive heart failure. These are just two possible causes. Regardless, you have chest pressure, you aren't breathing well and you have had a very rapid increase in weight (which could be water). Please get seen asap.
