You : You may need to see a specialist. Depending on what way the doctors are leaning (gastroenterologist, general surgeon, infectious disease?) obviously, you will become dehydrated if not able to hold things down. The 35 pound weight loss is very rapid. If you haven't been back to the er since you began vomiting blood, then please go.
