PMS : Pms occurs about a week to two before your period starts. If these symptoms are not followed by a period then they are likely not premenstrual. However hormonal changes due to weight fluctuations, stress/anxiety, etc, may contribute to your symptoms. If you want to regulate your cycle you can take birth control pills for this. Discuss with your doctor. Take care.
