For 2 weeks i've had 2 huge open sores on both of my buttocks, what can i do to make it better? i can hardly sit the sores have a little blood & just today forming a scab but their really big sores

That : That brings up a question. Unless you are bedridden why do you have two large open sores? Are they both in the midline, above the crack of the buttocks? If so, that might suggest pilonidal cysts. If they are on the cheeks and really large, that brings up questions like infection, immune issue or as stated earlier if you are bedriddent the skin could break down. I recommend that you be medically evaluated to determine the cause.

Trying different undergarments, applying thick protective skin cream, stop sliding in your chair and it will heal.
