That : That brings up a question. Unless you are bedridden why do you have two large open sores? Are they both in the midline, above the crack of the buttocks? If so, that might suggest pilonidal cysts. If they are on the cheeks and really large, that brings up questions like infection, immune issue or as stated earlier if you are bedriddent the skin could break down. I recommend that you be medically evaluated to determine the cause.

SImple cause: Skin is the major protection of our delicate internal tissues from a harsh environment, it is susceptible to injury itself. Friction and constant exposure to moisture (sweat) reduces protective skin oils is the cz. Underwear may also contribute by bunching or itself causing friction. Trying different undergarments, applying thick protective skin cream, stop sliding in your chair and it will heal.
