Is there a way to safely remove a nose wart without having to go to a doctor

I'm : I'm assuming this is inside your nose, and probably a squamous papilloma if it is wart-like. The two main reasons i would recommend you see a physician for this is to determine that it is, in fact, a benign lesion that does not need to be sent to pathology for tissue diagnosis, and to be able to biopsy/excise this under aseptic conditions to minimize the risk of infection.

Agree with Dr. A.: It is important to know what the lesion is. That requires it to be removed for examination by a pathologist. Wish you good health.
