Until sutures out: Every patient varies how they respond to trigger finger release not only between each other, but also finger to finger and left to right. Also depending on the severity (if there was a contracture) it may take longer to rehabilitate. The primary concern would be osha requirements with the wounds, and therefore sutures typically have to be out. Many compliant patients can flex immediately.

POst operative hand: POst operative time frame differs for patients depending upon who they are and what they do. that being said most patients who have this procedure return to activity ion a few days or a few weeks. Much depends upon you r employer, your job specifics and your own comfort level. There is no set answer, while we speak about approximate times everyone is different; else we'd be robots
