Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose your mass. You could have an inflammed inguinal lymph node, hydraadentis suprativa, or an infected cyst. Long shot - is that the lump is an inguinal hernia. Since you describe this as huge- recommend that you have this medically evaluated.
