I think i have bipolar disorder. how do i know for certain if i have it or not? i have taken those quizzes online, which sometimes can be unreliable, but both of them said i am bipolar, i just want to make sure.

Hello. : Hello. Those tests can be suggestive of bipolar disorder. But because there are many other things that can have some of the same symptoms, the tests should not be used to make a diagnosis. I recommend that you see either a psychiatrist or a psychologist for a comprehensive evaluation.
