An : An anti-perspirant called drysol works fairly well. You may need a prescription to by it but often do not. I assume you have had this problem for years. If this is not effective, there are other treatments some invasive and surgical. If you are hot and sweaty elsewhere on your body you should be evaluated for medical conditions besides what you appear to have (technical name is: palmar hyperhidrosis). Also see the link below.

Hyperhydrosis?: Palmar hyperhidrosis? See your doctor for accurate diagnosis. Nonsurgical treatments include- botox injections, Drysol (aluminum chloride hexahydrate), drying meds & iontophoresis. If you sweat due to anxiety/ stress consider psychotherapy or anxiolytic meds.
