Hello. : Hello. Implantation bleeding is usually more like spotting. It can have a pinkish color or a brown color. Implantation of the embryo into the uterine wall can sometimes be accompanied by mild cramping. Classic pregnancy symptoms can start as soon as the missed period. I recommend that you take a home pregnancy test (if i understood correctly and the date for a normal period has passed). Take care.
