Sxs but not pregnant: A false pregnancy occurs when a woman misses a period and has symptoms similar to those in early pregnancy such as nausea, increased urinary frequency, and breast tenderness but is not pregnant. Often it occurs in women who want to become pregnant, but are not successful in conceiving.
