Even : Even though some pains can be normal from the stretching of the uterine ligaments and increasing weight of the baby, some pains are associated with more concerning problems such as early labor, blood clot, or a problem with the pregnancy. The safest thing to do is to call your ob/gyn. Let them know exactly what you are feeling and they will be able to guide you as to whether they can see you in the office or whether you should go to the er. If you have any vaginal bleeding or fluid leakage, go to the er. Good luck!
