Hello. : Hello. For the reflux, consider raising the head of your bed or adding firm pillows when you go to bed. Recommend deep breathing exercises. 1. Take a deep breath in slowly through your nostrils. 2.Raise your arms above your head to allow you take in more air. 3. Hold for a five count. 4. Exhale slowly through your mouth. Do this 12 times. Do this when you find yourself getting stressed. Consider seeing a therapist for more assistance. Take care.
