Back strength: They are exercises designed to strengthen the back. I found a good explanation on webmd. I would also recommend yoga or pilates.

Google it: They are exercises that work on the pelvis. There are videos available to watch. There is a book called exercises for the child bearing year that is helpful as well. Movement of all kinds that are light and fun increase circulation to the entire body and greatly benefit health. Eat 6 equal meals, breathe and relax for 3 minutes and then do movements of various kinds for 10-15 minutes.
