Speaking : Speaking solely as a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, I have used it as dorsal onlay grafts in the nose to help smooth out contour irregularities or augment a bridgeline, as a soft tissue filler in the face as an underlay graft for depressed scars, and in some cases for static suspension in patients with facial paralysis (now prefer goretex).
