No contraindication: However, whoever is prescribing the Chantix and whoever is rx'ing the vicodin should know about the other prescription. Smokers are at higher risk of developing opioid abuse, in general, so you need to be very careful in taking it as prescribed, for what it was prescribed, and not keeping it around for other purposes or using it more than necessary. There are no known drug interactions.
