After a short while: During the first week or two after a vasectomy, a man is healing up from the incisions and stitches. The mild swelling goes away during that time. Afterwards, he should be able to have sex as normally as he was doing prior to his vasectomy. Some men may do even better after a vasectomy, if they were previously anxious during sex because they were worried about starting an undesired pregnancy.

Yes,...: Yes. Vasectomy blocks sperm passage and don't change testosterone production and distribution so sexual function is not affected and well maintained.

Yes: Vasectomy is safer, cheaper, and more effective than a woman getting her tubes blocked/tied. It will not affect a man's sex drive or ability to ejaculate b/c that's dependent on the prostate/seminal vesicles that aren't affected. It's irreversible; ppl who try have limited success. It takes 3 months to make sure the vasectomy worked and is not 100%, but very very close. No needles/scalpels needed!
