Yes : Yes no problem but there's more to know. These are slow working medications so you should not have a sudden drop in pressure. They also should be absorbed fine when taken together. But you probably do not need the triamterene. The main diuretic of benefit in your (dyazide) is the hctz (hydrochlorothiazide). The triamterene usually does not add much when you are on lisinopril.There is a combination two pills in one lisinopril/hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) so you probably can get rid of one pill. Lastly, there is evidence that taking at least one blood pressure medication at bedtime may be especially helpful for those with diabetes. See my post on this below.
