I am taking hormone therapy (ht). does that affect how much iron i can take?

No: A normal person without heavy bleeding or other metabolic problems shoulbe able to tolerate a multivitamin dose of iron without any hormone problems.

No: It should not affect your requirement for iron nor will taking iron interfere with hormone therapy. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, if you do, and get HPV vaccine, if you are younger than 45-years. Wish you good health!
