Many Possiblites: Laryngopharyngeal reflux (silent reflux). Thyroglossal duct cyst. Thyroglossal duct cysts will move with protrusion of the tongue. Thyroid nodule also possible. Lymph nodes. Salivary gland etiologies. Throat cancer. You see many possiblities, please check it out.
