Unless : Unless you have direct contact with the herpes lesion your risk is extremely low. If she does not have a history of oral herpes you should be fine to kiss her, and her breasts are likely free of lesions. The safest course of action is to always use condoms since research has shown that low levels of the virus can be present in the genitalia when there is no active lesions. Take care.
