Hello. : Hello. I think that you need to make an informed decision with your obstetrician about the actual risk your occupation poses to your fetus. In one study, regular use of marijuana can be associated with increased risk of low birth weight or small for gestational age infants as well as an increased risk for preterm delivery (found in white but not non-white subjects). Other studies suggest that thc/tobacco smoking in mothers can be associated with permanent cognitive deficits, concentration disorders, hyperactivity, and impaired social interactions. Research suggests that elevated blood thc levels impact brain development of the fetuses. However, if you review articles by proponents of cannabis use, many contend that there is not adequate research to support significant risk to the fetus.

Contact OSHA: The occupational safety and health administration. I do not know if you are at risk, and whoever you are working for has to determine that this is safe. Osha is charged with making sure that the workplace is safe and doesn't present unacceptable risks, especially to a pregnant worker. Talk to your OB provider as well.
