I : I would recommend you not use hydrogen peroxide as it may make your symptoms worse. A "horrid" vaginal odor is usually due to an infectious process, namely bacterial vaginosis. You will need antibiotics for this. Otherwise, is it possible there is a foreign body in your vagina you are unaware of? The most common I have seen in my practice are condoms and tampons.
