You : You have already had one pregnancy after your tubal ligation, therefore it is safe to assume that your tubes recanulized (reconnected). You should take a pregnancy test. Otherwise see your doctor since it is not normal to feel like you are "dying". This definitely warrants further evaluation. Good luck.

Period?: Have you missed any periods? If the answer is yes- it would be prudent to take a home pregnancy test. Your tubal ligation has already failed once.
