Hello. : Hello. Normally both (or in this case all three) partners need to be treated for chlamydia; otherwise the disease can still be passed back and forth. I think that if you exposed your boyfriend to chlamydia that it is only fair to tell him. It is a serious sexually transmitted disease and can present "silently".
