New hair growth: I don't know why you would get new hair growing on your skin after touching a frog, or frog urine, and i think that you are mistaken. Even if the frog or its urine had some germ, like a fungus or a bacteria, touching it could not possibly cause hair to grow. What you see is likely not hair, and you should go to your doctor for a checkup.
