The basics: No earache & scratchy throat you have had for a month qualifies as an emergency. If you ignore it for a while longer it will likely self heal like it would in the 1800's for most. Or you can go to an ER, run up a 2-3 thousand dollar facility & doc charges and stiff the hospital. You will only hurt your credit. Many urgent care centers or community clinics offer these services on a sliding scale.
