Hello. : Hello. Recommend that you hydrate well - at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Recommend that you eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables as well foods with whole grains to ensure that you are getting enough fiber. It is also important to stay physically active to keep your bowels active. You may wish to consider a probiotic as well. If you were prescribed a laxative at the hospital that will also help.
