Breast : Breast discharge typically occurs only in women who have recently been breastfeeding. Other breast discharge is typically considered abnormal. There are clinics in most areas who can see patients for symptoms at low or no cost. For your breast symptoms, you may want to contact for example a planned parenthood or other low or no cost clinic, and they could see you or point you in the right direction. Finger numbness can be caused by pressure on the nerves from large or heavy breasts, from tight tissue in the wrist such as carpal tunnel syndrome, or other causes. If a patient has new onset of symptoms, weakness, or other symptoms, then it would be reasonable to consult a physician about this as well.
