Hello. : Hello. I can't diagnose this man's symptoms. If a man who is a fairly heavy drinker is ill with symptoms of a rapid heart rate, lightheadedess and weakness it would be a good idea for him to be evaluated. He might be dehydrated. He might be in withdrawal. He could have a number of different medical problems but one wouldn't be able to diagnose the problem without a medical evaluation.

See doctor asap: If you are talking about tylenol, (acetaminophen) it is much more toxic in someone who is drinking that much, and if he takes 8-10 day he may be causing liver damage. If you are talking about Ibuprofen (motrin, advil) or naproxyn (alleve), it can cause stomach, liver and kidney damage, particularly when combined with alcohol. See a doctor for an evaluation as soon as possible.
