Hi my husband have a fever, cough, cold..so i want to ask you that he can eat chicken or not.. symptoms-bodyache, cough, cold.. no any other medical history

During : During a cold a person's appetite is usually diminished. There are no food restrictions per say. Dairy products can contribute to mucous production, so it is good to avoid dairy, chicken is fine. Also make sure he stays hydrated. He should increase his oral fluid intake (water, gatorade). If his symptoms worsen, or his fever persists he should see his doctor.

Chicken is ok.: Homemade chicken noodle soup can help to mobilize mucus & has an anti-inflammatory effect. Hydrate well with clear broths, water or add a small amount of lemon to Chamomile tea. Pour boiling water over thinly sliced ginger. Steep 5 min. in a covered pot. Add 2 to 3 tbs honey & sip.
