Without : Without more of a description, it's impossible to tell you why this is happening or give you meaningful advice. It could be anything as mundane as chronic venous insufficiency to the onset of gangrene. The best advice i can give you is to seek medical attention and find out whether this is serious or something you can live with.

I : I agree with dr. Fox. You wrote in five days ago, so hopefully you have been seen by a doctor. If the issue is due to stagnant blood flow, talk to your doctor about the possibility of medical acupuncture to increase flow of blood, lymph, electricity (nervous system) and qi.
