Possible, unlikely: Oral chlamydia is more freqent than once thought, because modern tests are more effective in testing the throat. However, it's still quite rare -- so uncommon that most experts recommend not even testing for it. However, if you remain concerned, you can have a throat swab test. But standard urine or vaginal swab testing cannot detect oral chlamydia.
