Flushing : Flushing with cold water is the right first treatment! if he is still in pain, or any blurred vision, see an eye doctor.

It : It would be helpful to know the name of the dop. Some drops for the ear are exactly sme medicine as for the eye except that they are packaged differently (especially for antibiotic drops). If you have flushed the eye and he is not in pain and the vision is fine then he should be ok. If his vision changes or there is pain then go see an ophthalmologist otherwise he should be fine.
