How should i use the birth control patch?

One a week: On the sunday after your period starts, you place the first patch on your skin. Remove the old patch and place a new patch on every sunday for three straight weeks. The fourth sunday you remove the old patch and do not put a new one on. After a week with no patch, on sunday you place a new patch on and start over again.

Change weekly: Use the patch for seven days/1 week, and then change to 2nd patch, for a week, then 3rd patch for a week ( change on the same day each week). Then no patch for a week, restarting on your usual change day.
