There : There are free clinics in most areas where you can be seen and examined, such as planned parenthood, but if you google "free clinics", with your city name, you should be able to find one. This could be a rash, an infection, or other abnormalities causing your pain. You need to be seen and have a complete evaluation to diagnosis this.
