If : If you have any concern you are pregnant, please take a pregnancy test. Spotting can occur with pregnancy and abnormal pregnancies. If you are pregnant you must be seen by a doctor immediately. You may need a blood pregnancy test even if a home test is negative, as a very early or an abnormal pregnancy may have low levels of the pregnancy hormone (bhcg). If you are pregnant, have dizziness, light-headedness, feel faint, or have pain then you must go to the er.
