If it is negative but you have been sexually active, then wait two days and retake the test. If you still don't get your period then be seen by your doctor. Spotting/bleeding can occur during normal or abnormal pregnancies. You may also need a medical evaluation for your other symptoms of cramping and fatigue. If you have fever, vomiting, or pain then go to the er.
